WOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Just observed a MASSIVE flare by IGS 1B (03-009B) at 20:58:40 UTC (Sept 2). Magnitude -8! Or something like that. Rivalled the best Iridium flares. And....: I have it on photograph. VERY spectacular image! URL with picture will follow later. Holy moly, this was spectacular!
