    Hi,
    
    Poor viewing conditions through most of September at this site.
    
    Observed a pair of 3rd mag flashes about 16 to 18 secs apart, repeating every 87 secs.  Appears steady for a time then fades to inv irregularly in between the flash pairs.  
    
    10-045 B 10-09-30 02:29:12.2 JN 173.9 0.2   2  87.0 FF  7-8 mag to inv
    10-045 B 10-09-30 02:44:01.03JN 261.9 0.2   3  87.3 FF  6-7mag to inv
    
    Scanned for 36868 for 45 minutes without success.  Noted Peter's message
    and scanned for an early pass.
