20:53:00 UTC this evening +/-10s was the time of closest approach as determined from the Doppler shift on the radio signal. It was 87s ahead of prediction from Ted's element set: 1 77007U 10265.02987126 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 03 2 77007 123.0000 98.5010 0010000 1.1879 358.9108 13.48102018 01 This fits with the approx 7s per rev drift that I noted in the early hours of this morning. The orbital period is 7-8 seconds less than the element set implies.
