The following table summarizes the REA (reaction assembly engine) burns to-date, and includes an
estimate of the possible remaining total delta-V in Segment 2:

    http://satobs.org/seesat_ref/misc/AEHF_1_manoeuvres_v2.2.pdf

Had the LAE (liquid apogee engine) manoeuvres not been aborted, the total delta-V to raise the
initial perigee to 19,000 km, and decrease the initial inclination to 6 deg, would have been about
985 m/s. Based on s/c launch mass of 13,600 lbs (6169 kg) in ULA's launch press kit, and LAE Isp of
329 (reportedly an IHI model BT-4), total propellant consumption would have been 1623 kg. Based on
the published mixture ratio of 0.92, fuel portion would have been 845 kg. Assuming REA Isp of 225,
that quantity of fuel would result in a delta-V of 325 m/s. Assuming average thrust of 10 lbs and
    Isp 225, mass flow rate = 0.0202 kg/s, resulting in total burn duration of 41,832 s = 697 min.

The table indicates that additional delta-V of at least ~30 m/s may be expected, which would raise
the perigee to at least 4300 km, and further decrease the inclination to about 15.2 deg.
