There was a possibility of a manoeuvre later, on Sep 13, centred on 01:38:45
UTC (as I type this!); if it occurs, and if it is similar to the last one,
then the new orbit would be roughly:

It is very close to this point... And it is quite easy at the moment,
spending most of it's time around mag 8..
Flash period has changed, as it is no longer 301 seconds.. But the tape ran
out and I rewound to the beginning to get another point..

I also have a point for OTV 1 and for Lacrosse 2, but I can't extract any
timings until tomorrow evening.. Sorry..
