The observations of this object near apogee were from Austria.

I have fit the observations to three possible orbits:

    1 90011U 02624A 10252.89820192 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 06
    2 90011 27.6839 208.6061 7232950 355.8376 350.2684 2.00200000 08

    1 90011U 02624A 10252.89820192 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 06
    2 90011 27.6849 208.6147 7237984 355.7832 351.5482 2.00600000 06

    1 90011U 02624A 10252.89820192 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 06
    2 90011 27.6859 208.6233 7243009 355.7290 352.8278 2.01000000 08

The mean motion is somewhat uncertain. I hope that the correct mean
motion will be between 2.002 and 2.010.
