This morning (Sept. 5) I made the following observation with my 20x80 binoculars: IGS R2 r (2007-005C / 30588) was close to Eta Dra at 02h53m57.2s UTC: R.A. 16h26m, decl. +61.3° (J2000.0) Maximum brightness during the pass was about mag +2.5.
