    I observed a third pass of this object on
    Aug. 31 from 03h11m until 03h13m UTC with the
    naked eye, maximum brightness was mag +1.7.
    The rocket stage was about on time relative
    Ted Molczan's excellent elements for day 232.
    Unfortunately I failed to make an accurate
    observation in order to improve the elements.
