I observed a third pass of this object on Aug. 31 from 03h11m until 03h13m UTC with the naked eye, maximum brightness was mag +1.7. The rocket stage was about on time relative Ted Molczan's excellent elements for day 232. Unfortunately I failed to make an accurate observation in order to improve the elements.
