Last evening (Sept. 3) I made the following observations with my 7x50 binoculars: USA 129 (1996-072A / 24680) was extremely close to Zeta Cas at 19h36m21.6s UTC: R.A. 00h36m58s, decl. +53°53.8' (J2000.0) Maximum brightness during the pass was mag +1.6.
