Observations of USA 129 and USA 186

    Last evening (Sept. 3) I made the following
    observations with my 7x50 binoculars:
    
    USA 129 (1996-072A / 24680)
    was extremely close to Zeta Cas at 19h36m21.6s UTC:
    R.A. 00h36m58s, decl. +53°53.8' (J2000.0)
    Maximum brightness during the pass was mag +1.6.
     
    USA 186 (2005-042A / 28888)
    was close to 16 Cep at 20h29m48.0s UTC:
    R.A. 21h54m, decl. +73.1° (J2000.0)
