Soyuz TMA-16 was launched on time and without any issues at 07:14:42 UTC. Too early for TLEs to be issued but as we have some good morning passes of the ISS hopefully we will get to see the Soyuz and also its R/B. The latter will I imagine be due to decay around the weekend. Weather prospects are not good for the passes tomorrow morning our time (Wednesday afternoon UTC) but the following morning is looking good when there is an overhead pass of the ISS.
