Saw NOSS 3-2 pair (28095/28097) flaring just above northern horizon at 6:13 UT like two eyes. Saw several geosats starting to flare. Got a few classifieds with old elsets:

but was off on other point, near beta Cap, and I threw out 2 other points, one near alpha Cap. Difficult because I used predictions for TULSA1, and its a flasher. Other 9XXXX objects all new to me.
