Hi Ian By default APEX reports all observations as "E" - its necessary to manually change it to the conditions you experienced. The unknown satellite was SL-12 R/B(2) 06022D #29233 at a range of 36167 kms. Wish the rainy weather would clear up so that I can optically track the latest launch STSS Demo - tracking both payloads by radio with no trouble but would be better if there was optical to tie the orbits down better.
