I think flares from the NOSS 3-2 pair may occur again these 
days (until end of October). 
I have tried to predict where they might be visible; the ground
tracks are available in kml format at the following link:

Flares are now visible only from negative latitudes, but 
they will move to the northern hemisphere in a few days.
