As far as I know this is the only public source of information on the time
    and location of this decay:

    http://www.reentrynews.com/2009048b.html

According to that it passed over Australia shortly before decay but I am not
so far aware of any sighting reports- (it was daylight at the time.)

Other information is available for subscribers to http://www.space-track.org
so you may wish to consider applying for that. I have checked that for any
    other possible candidates without success.

The alleged Belgian sighting cannot have been the HTV rocket which would
have been well and truly history by 1530 UTC on 14th September. We had an
overhead pass around 1800 UTC just before Marco's observation at 1939 the
previous evening (morning our time), but it was cloudy and daylight here. I
was rather relieved that the rocket lasted long enough for pieces not to
arrive on my doorstep or through my roof :-)

(Perhaps the sighting at the time of a tiger meet relates to William Blake's
famous poem "tiger tiger burning bright?" :-)

    Subject: HTV 1 rocket re-entry ?

    Hello,

I suppose that reentry of the rocket did occure yesterday september
    14. Is there a source or can somebody compile some reentry times and
    coordinates of this object ?

We had a so called ufo-sighting over Roeselare Belgium yesterday at
    approximately 15:30 UTC.
Maybe this has something to do with re-entry of this object.(it could
be false alarm because this could also be related to the tiger meet
which is beëing held over here)

Did anyone ever see a satellite re-entry in daylight conditions ?
