Located about 50km east from Marco I saw similar flares on the same
two passes. On the pass of September 12 I saw 3 distinct flares, while
on the pass of yesterday (13th), I only saw one, but it was in
approximately the same place on the sky as one of the flares of the
    12th.

It might be an interesting exercise for two observers located close to
each other to obtain timings of these flares, as it might reveal
something about the orientation of the satellite.

I have an 86 deg pass this evening, so I'll try to time any flares if
the weather cooperates. It doesn't look too promising though.

    Regards,
        Cees
