Unknown crossing path of GPS 2-05 Rocket 1

    Another unknown, only caught it with my binoculars as it crossed 
    perpendicular to GPS 2-05 Rocket 1 about 70 degrees in altitude, running 
    north to south.  Magnitude 6 approximate.  More or less a "near miss".  
    I lost it in the trees shortly thereafter.
    
    Time of Encounter was at 8:43 Eastern Time.
