    I received a private email that explained that the reason for sometimes having a discrepancy between "Latest" and the newest epoch in the "Last 5" is because NORAD receives TLEs from different sources. The "Latest" in SpaceTrack's database is the most recent to be received, which may or may not be the most recent epoch.
