The DAWN launch is due to take place on Thursday with a launch window of
1120 to 1149 UTC with engine restart, SECO-2, and third stage burn all
occurring close to or over Western and Northern Australia.

Restart is at t plus 51, so if launch is at the commencement of the window
restart will be at 0011 UTC which if I calculate correctly is 2011 Western
Australian time. SECO-2 and third stage burn follow shortly thereafter,
with separation occurring Northeast of Australia.
