    I observed flashing from Gorizont 5 ( 13092 ), for around 1 hour.
For example flash seen around 9:01 UTC ( Sept 19 )
    6 h 35 m R.A
    +49 deg 50 min Dec
It's Flash observed every 113 seconds.
I had observed it in Sept 2004
So flash period gone up, a tiny amount.
Ekran 18 ( 19090 ) was observed giving faint flashes, between 50 to 60 seconds, not sure of the
time. Will observe it on another night.
Gorizont 26 is one nice flashing geo sat. It seems to flash brightly over a long time. I observed
it flashing brightly in my scope before it went into shadow the other day, Today it was flashing
brightly in my scope, long after it came out of shadow. The flashes where easily mag 9 are
brighter, it seemed. No time and other info, I deleted the video.
