    Dear Observers
    
    Some of you will already know that I have been asked by Springer to write a 
    book in their "How to Observe" series.  It is going to be entitled 
    "Artificial Satellites and How to Observe Them".  It's intended to be 
    chatty, informative and non-technical.
    
    It's not a book I can write on my own, so I'm asking you for ideas and 
    thoughts on what should go into the book.  Please can let me know if there 
    is any written material out there which I can use with suitable recognition.
