    Notes:
    1) Cosmo-Skymed (07-23A) was a nice surprise, and my wife saw it too, naked
    eye, long flare
    2) Timed only sharp flashes, but they got more flat at end. Interim maxs
    were AA.
    3) One flare as it and H2-A r/b (27700) were near each other on parallel
    tracks.
    4) Time is length of long flare, then short flash mag 3 at 2:05:18.59 UT
    5) No flashes - not normal behavior that I remember
