Again with an unknown flare, at 19h05m -3.5 @ 1:59:18 UT making an obvious triangle with 2 5th mag stars and equal in magnitude, in Aquila's tail. Galaxy 3C (27445) was nearby but 2 deg S, as was a piece of debris (10524), but this was a long (2 sec) flare with no movement. I'll watch again tonight.
