    So far it looks as if the B object is the payload and the A object is
    the upper stage. The TLE show the B object's orbit getting bigger
    (maneuvers?) while the A object's orbit is undergoing a typical
    upper-stage decay pattern. Maybe they'll switch TLE sets in the next
    day or two.
