Perfect Cosmos 2429 orbital plane is close to cosmos 1864 orbital plane

    Ah good, cosmos 2429 will pass close to cosmos 1864, thanks to there close orbital planes.
    
    Should make for a nice view, when they are close together. 
    
    No the brightest sat, parus satellites's are, but bright enought to easily see on the tv.
