Unfortunately my ISP is acting up yet again so I have had to use a third party host for images of three passes from Sept 7 2007 http://tinyurl.com/2387tt ........is a quick link . The picture shows three passes , seen through short breaks in the cloud. Lacrosse 4 , Envisat and an unknown. Each target has its own visual characteristic , from the bright gold of Lacrosse to the distinctive shape of Envisat. The unknown followed a very similar orbit to L4 , although seemed a little lower in orbital height. At a guess I would say that the bright area could well be a radar array . The thumbnails are not to scale At the moment I can't find a good match for the unknown John -03.05.30 53.23.15 Any images attached are subject to copyright restriction but may be used with prior permission ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
