    Note also that the lengthy second stage burn will cross over Africa with 
    SECO (T plus 1hour 29) over North Africa, APT discard and third stage 
    ignition over the Mediterranean shortly thereafter.

    Assuming an on time launch at 22:43 UTC this puts SECO AT 0013 on the 6th
