gps satellite launch on Sept 25

    So far on Monday Sept 25 at 18:50 UTC, a delta 2 rocket will place a gps satellite into orbit. 
    Spaceflight now says GPS 2R-15 will be taking over the Plane A, Slot 2 position held by 2A-12
    ( 21890 ) are " 25 " as displayed on gps receiver displays.
    
    And 2A-12 will be moved to the Plane A, Slot 4 position, where it will serve as backup for 2A-15
    ( 22108 ) are " 27 " as displayed on gps receiver displays

    Note the launch date is Sept 25, and not the 24th as shown there. It was delayed again for some
