    You can go directly to the live broadcast site at http://www.jaxa.tv  - 
    there are also status reports there, (there appears to be no need to load 
    the Japanese language pack unless you want it.)  Broadcast commences at 2030 
    UTC.
    
    Everything is going fine so far- the rocket has been aligned for a launch to 
    the south as the satellite will be in a sun-synchronous polar orbit.
