USA 129 observation

Hi all,
According to calsky data possible I observed USA 129 (24680). Some seconds
after eclipse entrance bright flash has observed.
Obs data:
0000 0509 1.011 1204
21
9607201 194400.00 220000 560000 2.5 4.0 0 E

My sites Id 0000, because no Cospar site.
