    Subject: iss boost?

    hi all,

i noticed from HA that ISS has dipped below 350 km, which should indicate
that they are going to kick it up a couple of clicks pretty soon...

it's possible they already have done so, between my observed pass right on
schedule at 01:44 UTC sept 19th and george olshevsky's failure to observe
it 1 orbit later from san diego, CA at approximately 03:15 UTC.

can anyone confirm whether or not a boost has taken place yet?

    thanks,

    clear skies!
