Hello to all, Since I suggested this idea many moons ago, I'll have a go at organizing a meeting. A suggestion: Friday May 12, 2006 to Sunday May 14, 2006 Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario Kingston is an easy drive (3 hours or less) from Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and, for US visitors, Syracuse, New York. By May, the weather should be benign and the majority of the University students have left, leaving plenty of University accommodation available. The University does charge for meeting space but I am sure I can arrange to have that waived to keep costs as low as possible. We can start with an evening session on Friday and finishing late afternoon on Sunday. The rational for the timing is that that is the new moon weekend. Any earlier, I'll have trouble with last minute details as I will be teaching in England until late April. Any later and we run into long weekends in Canada and the US when travel gets chaotic. If you are seriously interested in attending such a meeting, please send me a message, off the list, to bk_hunter@sympatico.ca by September 30, 2005. If there are more than twenty interested, I'll go ahead and make detailed plans.
