MPM delivered with the ELSETS 05254.878... - 05255.244... (SFX 118, ap 060 and the
density model MSIS-2000) the decay on: 
12 September, 09:23 UTC +/- 10 Minutes (22.86°N, 88.34°E) descending over Bangladesh.

SPACE - TRACK released two FINAL MESSAGES:

1) Prepared 12 September, 07:22 UTC
   12 September, 09:29 UTC +/- 02 hours (10.1°N, 113.2°E)southbound over the South
   Chinese Sea.

2) Prepared 12 September, 09:29 UTC
   12 September, 09:16 UTC +/- 01 minutes (24°N, 85°E) descending over India.
   The "rough" co-ords looks like as an indication for an observational report.
