A lot of fun tracking the Noss 2-3 triplets and getting 2 points on each
    before they went into trees.
About 30 seconds before 86014A was expected an unknown was sighted in
telescope near Pherkad, gamma ursa minor, and then id'd as Orbcomm 15
    #98046C using Idsat.
