    Hey All,
For the last several nights I have been seeing
bright (Mag. 0) flashing geosync (I believe it is a
geosynch because it holds it's position) with a flash
period of 2 min 11 sec. At 5:07:02 UT it flashed about
3 deg. south of a star at 21hr 18min RA and +5.3 deg.
Dec. (What star is this and, more importantly, what
constellation does it belong to???). The sat flashed
from about 5:02 UT to 5:18 UT and stopped being naked
eye visible and then returned flashing with a period
of 3min 55sec at 5:36:56 UT and 5:40:51 UT. Any idea
    on what this satellite is?

         Regards,
              Jeff Umbarger
