While looking at chi persei with 8" dobs saw an unknown sat at 03.09.24 UTC
and another at 03.16.59 UTC. They were id as Cosmos 2355 / # 25366 and
Cosmos 1797 / #17141, both 1st time sightings for me. Chi persei was also id
after the obs and adjacent h persei. I had stopwatch in hand for times and
position in sky id as twice distance of Navi and Ruchbah to id the beautiful
    open clusters.
