2004-038B (#28397) Soyuz RB 

SCC'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Sep 30, 10:57 UTC - predicts the
decay on:
30 September, 23:26 UTC +/- 10 hours (47.7°S, 68.5°E) descending over the
Indian Ocean.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04274.080...- 04274.631... (SFX 090, ap 005)
the decay on:
30 September, 23:09 UTC +/- 22 minutes (15.55°N, 38.49°E) also southbound over
the Rea Sea near the coast of Eritrea.

This final pass - if it is - will cross Germany ( Berlin area) around 22:55 UTC.
The weather conditions are not very inviting for a watch but I will try it....
