This morning I observed 5 geo sat's in my 70 mm refractor.

They were

AMAZONAS ( 28393 )
ECHOSTAR 3 ( 25004 )
RAINBOW 1 ( 27852 )
NIMIQ 2 ( 27632 ) seen on the tv
MILSTAR 6 ( 2711 ) seen on the tv. So I seen it solar panel flare, in addition to it's main body
flare. 

getting set up to see more tonight.
