    Unable to attempt observation this morning of 28377 this morning our time
    owing to total cloud cover.  My previous post was based on earlier
    information, which shows how things can change and confirms my reluctance to
    relay any detailed predictions at that time.
    
    Even if we do get a pass close to decay (which would be a daylight pass for
    us) unlikely to see anything as cloud is likely to continue with rain
    forecast.
