New GSO flasher

    On 2004 Sept 18 while looking for Gorizont 24 accidentally
    found 78035A 10778 Intelsat 4A-F6 . Confirmed Sept 20.
    
    Currently flashing at about 2230 UT near RA 22h 30m,
    Period = 164.5s, Max between mag 5 & 7.
    
    Currently well placed for Europe (longitude 2deg E), and 
    drifting very slowly eastwards. Might be visible from
    eastern US.
