FSW 3 r and OIG

I tried this morning at 0320 UT in twilight to see the FSW rocket, but failed.
HA indicated decay predicted at about 0000 this morning, but "recent" elsets 
showed lower mean motions than the SatEvo evolutions I made, indicating 
a decay late today UT.
OIG appears still to be offline.
