The following result is based on 10 points over the approx 26 min observation
arc:
418 X 16551
1 70000U 04245.01789074 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01
2 70000 58.0589 230.1446 5430000 295.8680 358.9127 4.79469091 08
WRMS residuals = 0.049 deg
All elements, except rate of decay and eccentricity, were permitted to vary; the
latter was set to yield a realistic perigee height.
The additional points were taken from time-stamped images by amateur
astronomers. Some of the times may yet be adjusted slightly for clock drift,
which would affect the elements a bit.
Tonight, the object can easily be +/- 30 min off from predictions using the
above; perhaps much more.
