Tuesday night I received the message below from an observer
in, I believe, northern Virginia, USA:
    >From: "Tom Finkenbinder"
    >Date: Tue, 31 Aug 2004 23:03:09 -0400
    >Went out tonight, and observed
    >another artificial. Looked like a launch, first noticed
    >two small and bright and roughly circular 'clouds' as
    >soon as I arrived about 8:55 and roughly 10d to 15d SSW of
    >Arcturus, moving ENE with velocity. I set my scope up in
    >a hurry and observed what looked like payload and stage
    >separation tracking together with vapor trail below them.
On the previous night he had observed what was probably a
    flash from Gorizont 29.
