Cosmos 1341 and flaring geosats

    Cosmos 1341 (13080) PPAS, slowed down a little:
    82- 16 A 03-09-29 02:41:59.3 EC 1747.3 0.2 134 13.039 +5.0->inv
    
    We saw several flaring geosats.  They're distracting (i.e., 
    fun).  I couldn't see Milstar 6, so Kevin, you must have a 
    dark site or have mounted binoculars, or both, to see it 
    with 10x50s.
