    TANEGASHIMA, Japan, Sept. 27 Kyodo - (EDS: UPDATING WITH POSTPONEMENT OF
    SATELLITE LAUNCH) The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA)
    postponed the launch of a second pair of spy satellites with an H-2A rocket
    scheduled for Saturday afternoon due to trouble with the rocket. NASDA said the
    satellites will be launched Oct. 2 or later. (13 :22)
