    I watched Progress M1-10 #27823 03025A flare to a mag 0, a bit brighter than
Vega, at 03:30:38 +/- 3sec 26 Sept UTC. Az 125 deg El 66 deg. The ISS pass
at 04:26 was not as bright, mag 2, and it went into shadow before it could
    get any brighter.

I also had a bright flash low to the West, approx 10 deg to the left (S) and
10-12deg above (E) of Arcturus at 04:09:50 +/- 3 sec UTC. Est Az 272 deg El
    25 deg. Globalstar 41 #25650 99012B comes close although Spot 3 #22823
    93061A was nearby as well.
