These elsets are reasonably predictive (they do pass over the launch site) If the launch time gets known, adjust the Epoch with ADJ2LINE.EXE, or manually by the fraction of day since Line 0 time, and RAAN by the siderial interval, expressed in degrees. I seem to have mixed up NB/SB and daytime/nighttime launch in previous mail (to DSat). The first two are NB in the afternoon, launch at night, but since 14:36 is almost midnight in Japan, I elected to set Friday Epoch for these two.
