Observations 10 Sept 2003:

Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System), 1004x low
light level CCD surveillance camera (0.003 lux) with 145mm focal
length f/2.5 lens with focal length reducer, field of view
1.89 x 1.43 degrees.
Conditions terrible - 90% cloud -eventually had to give up.

Notes:
(1) 99028A still flickering - about 2x per second. Also has a long term
variation in magnitude but very ill defined, especially since I was
dodging clouds and sometimes viewing through thin cloud.
(2) Problem with my camera mounting loosing position has been solved-one
of the constants in the initialization process had to be changed
slightly, but the biggest error was in the fast stepping procedure
which I had too fast and caused the mount to miss counts to the
azimuth stepping motor.
