    Observations 10 Sept 2003:

    Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System), 1004x low
    light level CCD surveillance camera (0.003 lux) with 145mm focal
    length f/2.5 lens with focal length reducer, field of view
    1.89 x 1.43 degrees.
    
    Conditions terrible - 90% cloud
    
    Site 0433 : Longitude 18.51294 deg East, Latitude  33.94058 deg S,
    Elevation 10 metres - situated in Pinelands (Cape Town), South Africa

    Notes:
    (1) Above is an unknown sighted by accident. It looked interesting ( bright
    and slow moving) so I managed to get three positions before it ran back
    into solid cloud. Rough calculations indicate an object with an inclination
    of around 27 degrees ( if circular), and range about 3000 kilometres and
    standard magnitude around +04.5. I can find no match in the ALLDAT.ZIP file
    dated 06 Sept.
