I am trying to see the Shuttle and the ISS fly tandem, but every time a
shuttle goes up, it seems my location won't see the ISS for 10 days
(Heavens-Above). Even when they separate, I seem to be in a blackout area
because then the ISS doesn't get much more than 10° above my horizon.
Is this problem just a function of my location ( 30.39 N, 95.64 W) for
certain launches, or will this be true forever?
