While looking for 91014A = Raduga27 last night (29th) I accidentally found a near-GSO flasher not in PPAS10. It is 83094A = #14328 = RCA Satcom 2R and was flashing about mag 6 every 46.241 secs. I first saw it at about 2154 UT RA=2344 Dec=-13.4 and was still flashing at 221146 UT RA=0002 Dec=-13.2 These positions are near full phase (eclipse starting 2222 UT), and maybe it only flashes when nearly opposite the sun. It is currently near longitude 14deg east, drifting about 3deg per day westwards.
